Active for Life will work with you to develop a Corporate Wellness program that addresses your goals while fitting into your budget.  We offer flexible scheduling options, consultation services if you  desire to create your own corporate wellness program, or remote training and coaching options for employees that are offsite. No onsite fitness facility? No problem! It’s amazing what you can do in just an open space with limited equipment.


Safety is our number one priority! We value the health and wellbeing of every participant. You only have one body and in addition to taking care of it through exercise, this exercise should be performed with correct form to prevent injury.  Safety is imperative and we pride ourselves on creating exercise prescriptions and class formats that train in the healthiest, safest and most effective way. 


HIIT Bootcamp

This class combines both strength and cardiovascular training to give participants a challenging, but rewarding, full-body workout. It incorporates functional fitness, resistance training, and body weight exercises in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format.
Beginner strength and stretch

This class focuses on body weight exercises, calisthenics, and yoga stretches designed to increase your strength and range of motion. Exercises will focus on legs, core, glutes, and major muscle groups.

This class helps you develop core stability and a uniformly strong and flexible body through exercises that integrating and elevating the body, mind, and spirit. This class ranges from beginner to advanced.

This class practices traditional yoga postures designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.This class offers a variety of different yoga styles and ranges from beginner to advanced.

This class uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously using the TRX Suspension Trainer which is a tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. 

30 Minute STRONG Nation™ Class: 

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

STRONG Nation™ has a 30-minute class option that packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.


This class is a fusion of international music and dance that creates an exciting and effective cardio workout. This class features interval aerobic training mixed with a fun combination of fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt your body as you dance.

This class is a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga practice. This class features bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. HIIT yoga was exclusively designed to build strength while burning fat at the same time.

This class focuses on joint mobility, stability, strength and flexibility through specific exercises to help your body prevent injury. This is a great class to counteract the bio-mechanical stressors in the workplace with therapeutic exercises.
Core Strength

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, back muscles, and increase flexibility. 

This class is comprised of a group warm-up, followed by skill or strength training, with the objective of achieving total body fitness. The aim of this class is for each person to be pushed to their individual limits. We teach modifications for each exercise for those that need them.
Tai Chi *limited availability

This class focuses on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation, mental focus and overall well-being. Through low-impact, slow-motion exercises, Tai Chi features slow flowing movement with coordinated breathing exercises to create a meditative state of mind.


Core de force (Beach body):
An explosive mixed martial arts-inspired total body workout which includes Bodyweight High intensity interval training, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves that are both effective AND empowering.


Insanity (Beach body):
Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You exercise right at home, using your own body weight for resistance.


Piyo (Beach body):
Pilates, yoga, strength training and sports stretch combined in one fitness class, PiYo™. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level

Body Composition Testing

This test is used determine the amount of body fat versus fat-free mass in your body. A body composition test is essential in determining whether you need to build more muscle or lose fat.
Wellness Lunch & Learns

Our wellness professionals present informative programs on relevant health and wellness topics in an entertaining and interactive format. These  presentations typically take 45 minutes and are followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
1-on-1 Personal Training

We offer personal training sessions that are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals. We meet with you to discuss your personal fitness goals, take your body measurements, and create a strategy that will be worked on during your weekly 1-on-1 sessions.
Mind-Body Personal Training

This unique personal training session consists of a one on one Yoga or Pilates session that's customized to your specific needs. We tailor your personal training sessions to your level of experience whether that be beginner, intermediate, or advanced.


Buddy Personal Training

This popular personal training session allows you to train with a buddy who enjoys doing similar activities. The first session will require each client to meet individually with the trainer to discuss specific goals; the trainer will then create a program tailored to you and your buddy’s goals.
Nutrition Counseling

Our nutrition counseling is a customized service aimed at helping you become the healthiest version of yourself. We assist you with setting achievable health goals and teach you various ways to maintain these goals throughout your lifetime.
Virtual Health & Wellness

We offer virtual health & wellness services with a live virtual coach that leads you in exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual coaches make each class a memorable experience.
Public Speaking Engagements

We offer public speaking engagements pertaining to fitness, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, health, and overall well-being. Our speaking engagements can also be tailored to topics that your employees want to learn more about.

Facility Management

Whether this is a full time facility manager or an Active
For Life staff member to oversee the front desk, facility
management is an important and often overlooked service in corporate wellness. Active For Life will take the reins and use our expertise to oversee the running of your facility in order for it to operate as smooth as possible.
